How to Fix a Muscular Imbalance
1. Use your weaker side more!
2. Lift what your weaker side can lift I.E. Your left arm can only lift 30 pounds dumbbell doing good form but, your right arm can lift more weight so what do you is lift only 30 pounds with both sides.
3. Do more sets with only your weaker side.
4. Warm up your weaker side.
